Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern Permapotes' paid offers. Permapotes is published by Arnaud Deschamps, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0848.310.629. Full contact details appear in the Legal Information.

1. Offers

Plans may vary according to the Customer's country of residence or billing, currency, available payment methods and local requirements. Only the plans displayed at checkout are available: a monthly subscription renewed monthly, an annual subscription renewed annually, and/or a one-time purchase for the stated period without automatic renewal. Features, duration, total price including taxes, currency, payment frequency, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before ordering.

2. Order, payment and access

An order becomes final when the Customer activates the button clearly indicating an obligation to pay and payment is accepted. Confirmation is sent by email on a durable medium. Payment is handled by Stripe or the provider displayed at checkout; Permapotes does not retain full card details. Paid access is personal and non-transferable. Ending paid access disables reserved features but does not automatically delete the account or personal content.

3. Term, renewal and cancellation

The term is shown before ordering. One-time access ends automatically and does not renew.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Where offered, monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year. The Customer may prevent the next renewal through their account or by emailing abonnement@permapotes.com before the displayed date.

Before the first renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. After the first automatic renewal, consumers may cancel at any time without penalty, subject to no more than two months' notice.

Cancellation is confirmed by email. If a renewed annual period paid in advance ends early, the portion after the effective cancellation date is refunded. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account.

4. Prices and changes

The price accepted at checkout applies. Offers, currencies and prices may vary by country without retroactively changing a paid period. A price change applies only to a later renewal after sufficient advance notice. If a paid service cannot be supplied, Permapotes refunds the unprovided period proportionally unless an equivalent solution is accepted.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw without reason within fourteen calendar days after conclusion of the contract. Requests should be emailed to abonnement@permapotes.com. The form below is solely for email submission but is optional: any unambiguous written statement sent to that address is accepted. If immediate activation was expressly requested, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may remain due where legally permitted. Use does not automatically remove the right. Refunds are made within fourteen days using the same payment method.

6. Legal guarantee for digital services

Consumers benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for digital content and services, including legitimate expectations regarding functionality, compatibility, accessibility, continuity, security and necessary updates. For continuous supply, Permapotes is responsible throughout the contractual period. Consumers may request free conformity within a reasonable time and, where legally available, a proportionate price reduction or termination if conformity is impossible, refused, late or ineffective, or the defect is sufficiently serious.

7. Availability, rights and conduct

Permapotes may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, security or events reasonably beyond its control and will limit the duration. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Horticultural information is general and is not tailored professional advice. The website and software are protected. Customers retain rights over their content and grant the technical permissions required to host and display it according to their chosen visibility. Access may be proportionately restricted for fraud, hacking, illegal content or infringement of others' rights.

8. Complaints, law and mediation

Complaints may be sent to abonnement@permapotes.com. If no amicable solution is reached after a written request, consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, contact@mediationconsommateur.be, www.mediationconsommateur.be.

Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of more protective mandatory rules in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by mandatory consumer rules.
