How to proceed to a good sowing?

Using a hoe, dig a furrow and you can then sow your vegetables at 4 cm intervals. You can cover them with a specific soil for sowing which will facilitate the rise of the seeds. Water them lightly and you're done!

How to fight against spinach diseases?
Like other vegetables, during its growth, spinach has to face pests and pathologies that are specific to its species. Downy mildew is one of the diseases that are frequently encountered in this vegetable plant. This vegetable is the target of many attacks from slugs, moths or aphids.
With a permaculture garden, insecticides are not welcome! However, there are many reliable and effective solutions that are safe for the ecosystem and for your plans. For example, attracting gastropod predators such as hedgehogs to your garden helps you get rid of snails and slugs without having to use an environmentally toxic product.
