The Cobra tomato is a variety of tomato that is highly prized for its sweet flavour and juicy flesh. It is rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as antioxidants, making it a healthy food. Cobra tomatoes can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in delicious sauces, pizzas or casseroles. Their firm texture also makes them ideal for preserves and jams.To grow Cobra tomatoes, they should be sown indoors, under cover, about 8 weeks before the outdoor planting season.
