To sow Gold Rush variety courgettes under cover, we recommend starting by filling individual cups with light, well-draining soil. Prepare the seeds by soaking them in water for a few hours before sowing them about 2 cm deep.
Place the cups in a greenhouse or under a frame to maintain a constant temperature of around 20°C. Be sure to water regularly, but sparingly to avoid excess moisture. Once the young plants have a few leaves, you can transplant them into the ground or into large pots.
