How do I sow wild chicory outdoors?

Wild chicory is best sown outdoors in spring or autumn, as it prefers cooler temperatures. To prepare the soil, it is advisable to remove weeds and loosen the soil by lightly spading. Next, sow the seeds about 1 to 2 cm deep and about 30 cm apart. It's important to keep the seeds moist until they germinate. Once the seedlings have reached a few centimetres in height, it is recommended to thin out, leaving just one plant every 30 cm.
