This plant offers numerous health benefits thanks to its high antioxidant, vitamin and mineral content. It is also very tasty and can be cooked in a variety of ways: in a salad, in a sauce to accompany pasta, or simply grilled in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and aromatic herbs.To grow the Andean horned tomato in the vegetable garden, we recommend sowing it indoors, in pots, around 6 to 8 weeks before you plan to plant it in the ground.
