It is rich in vitamins A, C and E, antioxidants and minerals such as potassium and magnesium. It can be cooked in many ways: in salads, sauces, jams, tarts, coulis or even dried. It is therefore very versatile in the kitchen, adding a touch of freshness and colour to many dishes.To grow the Merveille des marchés tomato, we recommend sowing it indoors, about 0.5 cm deep, in pots filled with moist, loose compost. It is important to maintain a constant temperature of around 20°C to encourage germination.
