Good King Henry, also known as wild spinach, is an easy-to-grow outdoor plant that provides nutritious and delicious leaves. To sow Good King Henry seeds, choose a sunny spot with light, well-drained soil. Avoid overly nutrient-rich soils, as this encourages leaf growth at the expense of seed production.
