Pointed cabbage, also known as savoy cabbage, is a plant with numerous health benefits. Rich in vitamins C and K and antioxidants, it is an ideal ally for boosting the immune system and combating free radicals. What's more, pointed cabbage is low in calories and full of fibre, making it ideal for a balanced diet. In the kitchen, it can be prepared in a variety of ways: in salads, steamed, sautéed or in soups, there are many ways to vary its flavour and enjoy its benefits.To grow pointed cabbage in the vegetable garden, we recommend sowing it in a nursery in spring, between March and April, then transplanting it into the ground once it has reached a height of around ten centimetres.
