Tomatillo
Tomatillo, also known as green tomato or Mexican tomato, is a plant native to South America that offers numerous health benefits. These small green berries are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, making them very good for the body. Tomatillo is mainly used in Mexican cuisine to prepare sauces, salsas and traditional dishes such as chilli verde.
